Spaghetti with braised cherry tomatoes and burrata

No pinsa and no spicy garlic spaghetti – the focus here is on braised cherry tomatoes and creamy burrata. The pasta soaks up the sweet and sour tomato sauce, the burrata comes fresh to the plate and makes everything nice and velvety.
