Pasta dishes
Truffle pasta

Not a simple Parmesan pasta, but creamy pasta with truffle oil or truffle butter as a clear specialty. Parmesan, pepper and pasta water are enough for the sauce - quick to make, but with this typical truffle aroma it is much more special than a classic cheese dish.
