Recipe photo: Barbecue shashlik with smoky sauce (Modern kitchen)

Barbecue shashlik is a more modern, heartier style for those who like roasted flavors and a darker sauce. Nevertheless, the basic idea remains: meat, onions, peppers and a skewer that simply works outside.

Timing

  • Preparation: approx. 20 minutes
  • Marinate: 1-2 hours
  • Grilling time: approx. 18 minutes over medium heat
  • Rest time: 3 minutes
