Grilled shish kebab - beef with garlic-onion marinade

Recipe photo: Grilled shish kebab - beef with garlic-onion marinade (Eastern Europe)

Beef on the shish kebab skewer may taste a little more distinctive. Garlic and onion lead the way here, but what's most important is that the meat is chosen appropriately and doesn't stay too hot on the grill for too long.

Timing

  • Preparation: approx. 25 minutes
  • Marinate: at least 2 hours
  • Grilling time: approx. 12-16 minutes over medium direct to indirect heat
  • Rest time: 3 minutes
